Preston J. Maheu, P.E., CMRP is the Founder and Principal Consultant of MaheuRx Reliability, LLC, bringing nearly three decades of industrial maintenance and reliability experience to organizations seeking to improve equipment performance, reduce recurring failures, and strengthen the capabilities of their people.

Throughout his career, Preston has specialized in machinery diagnostics, failure analysis, condition monitoring, precision maintenance, and reliability program development. His experience combines hands-on equipment troubleshooting with the development and implementation of sustainable reliability practices.

A licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Preston has worked extensively with industrial facilities to identify the physical, human, and organizational causes behind equipment failures—not simply address the symptoms.

Today, through MaheuRx Reliability, Preston provides reliability consulting, machinery diagnostics, failure analysis, precision maintenance support, and technical training. His approach emphasizes practical methods that maintenance and reliability professionals can apply directly to their equipment and everyday work.
