MaheuRx applies a structured failure analysis process to bearings, shafts, gears, fasteners, couplings, and other machinery components. Physical evidence is combined with operating history, maintenance practices, installation conditions, and diagnostic information to identify credible failure mechanisms and develop corrective actions.

When appropriate, findings can be incorporated into a broader Root Cause Analysis to identify the physical, human, and latent/systemic causes that allowed the failure to occur.
